In the video, I ignore many values to keep the understanding simple.
Whenever you make a car setup change with the springs, antiroll bar or the travel of the springs just always remember this:
A stiff setup has less mechanical grip and stable and fast aerodynamic performance
A soft setup has more mechanical grip and a less and maybe slower aerodynamic performance.
its up to you to find the ideal compromise for you.
Be that with the antiroll bar or spring travel and ranges
You can remove tire grip effeciency to create a better car balance to get the car to behave on your liking.
