We've reached 10,000 subscribers this week on YouTube! While that number feels amazing, what I'm even more proud of is being included in a tier list alongside the very people I learned my techniques from.
I started my YouTube channel with a simple mission. After spending countless hours figuring out car setups in sim racing, I wanted to share that knowledge and make the learning curve less steep for others.
It took me ages to understand setups properly, and I made it my mission to explain to the sim racing community how to create effective setups themselves rather than just copying others.
What's Coming in 2025
The plan this year is to create:
Better, more in-depth setup videos
Premium setup packs
New content areas to fund the mission (still exploring options!)
The One Video I Can't Make
Despite my technical knowledge, there's one crucial video I simply cannot create myself: the beginner's perspective of applying my techniques.
I can explain the methods, but I can't capture the experience of a newcomer implementing them for the first time.
That's why I was so excited to see Dave's recent video. As someone who's just starting out in sim racing,
Dave represents exactly the type of racer I'm hoping to help - someone looking to escape "beginner hell" and develop their skills.
Being mentioned in the same list as Nils Naujoks, Suellio Almeida, and Coach Dave is something I never dreamed of achieving. It's genuinely humbling and motivating.
Dave recently made a video recommending channels that helped him improve as a sim racer, and I was included alongside these legends!
A Small Request
If you have a moment, it would mean the world to me if you could watch Dave's video and leave him an encouraging comment. As a newer content creator documenting his sim racing journey, your support would be incredibly valuable to him.
Cheers,
Arnout
Oh wow, thanks for the shoutout Arnout, very kind of you! It was a list you deserved to be on, your channel, and you personally have been a massive help for me! ❤️
